Boy, 17, badly hurt in East Ham stabbing

A 17-year-old boy is in a serious condition in hospital after being stabbed in London.

The teenager suffered multiple knife wounds during the attack in High Street South, East Ham, at 0045 GMT.

No further details have been released by the police - and no arrests have yet been made.

The incident follows the fatal stabbing of 15-year-old Temidayo Ogunneye, in Camberwell, on Wednesday.

There has been no suggestion the two incidents have been linked.
