Police foil Chanel store break-in in central London
Police have foiled an attempted break-in at a luxury store in central London.
Officers noticed six men on motorcycles trying to smash their way into the Chanel shop, on Old Bond Street, at about 11:15 BST on Monday.
Two of the men, aged 21 and 23, were arrested. The 23-year-old suffered a leg injury and has been treated in hospital.
A Met Police spokesman said they were trying to trace the other four. He said nothing was stolen from the store.
