Kelvin Chibueze: Man charged with Ilford stab murder

A second man has been charged with murdering a 17-year-old who was stabbed after a party in east London in August.

Kelvin Chibueze, of Croydon, south London, died in hospital after being found on the High Road in Ilford.

Lerone Boye, 24, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody accused of murder and violent disorder.

Dale Williams, 19, of Harts Lane, Barking, east London, is accused of the same offences, and both men are due to appear at the Old Bailey on 1 December.

Police believe up to 20 people were involved in a row after a party in a building close to the High Road at about 04:00 BST on 15 August.

Three other people were arrested over the death of Mr Chibueze, who was stabbed in the chest.

A 30-year-old man was bailed until November, as was a boy aged 16.

Another 30-year-old man who was detained has been released without charge.

Meanwhile, police released CCTV images of two men they believe may have been involved in the incident.

One of the men, who was seen inside the Costcutter store on Ilford High Road, was described as black, about 20-years-old, between 5ft 8in and 5ft 10in tall, of heavy build, with short dark hair.

He was smartly dressed in a blue jacket, tan-coloured trousers, blue jumper with white stripes and dark-coloured trainers with white edging.

The second man was captured outside the same Costcutter store and was described as black, aged in his early 20s, between 5ft 8in and 5ft 10in tall, of slim build with short dark hair.

He wore a grey hooded top with light-coloured trousers and trainers.
