Seven Sisters incident: One man shot and two 'stabbed'

A man has been shot and two others are thought to have been stabbed in a north London street.

Police were called to reports of gunshots on Lawrence Road, in Seven Sisters, at about 06:00 GMT on Sunday.

Four men, thought to be in their 20s and 30s, were injured in the incident. No arrests have been made.

The man who was shot was taken to an east London hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.

The two men who police believe suffered stab injuries remain in an east London hospital in serious conditions.
