Gatwick hopes to ease Heathrow airport's delays

Gatwick Airport claims there could have been fewer delays at Heathrow due to the snow if it ran some of its rival airport's flights.

Stewart Wingate, the CEO of Gatwick Airport, said it is sensible to spread more of the flights across London's airports so that the city can be a leading aviation hub.
