Matthew Fallon street attack: Manslaughter charges brought

Matthew Fallon Matthew Fallon of Garwood Close, in Tottenham, died on Thursday

A 35-year-old has been charged with the manslaughter of a man who was attacked on the street and left unconscious.

Matthew Fallon, of Garwood Close in Tottenham, 45, was found on Isledon Road, in Finsbury Park area of north London on Tuesday.

He had suffered a serious head injury. He died on Thursday from bleeding on the brain, post-mortem tests found.

Leroy English, of Hind House, Hornsey Road, will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Monday.
