Victoria Line Tube driver strike suspended

A planned strike by London Underground train drivers on the Victoria Line has been suspended.

The Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) union said it had suspended the action to allow more talks to take place.

Its members were due to walk out from 21:00 BST on Tuesday until 03:00 on Wednesday after claiming London Underground (LU) was forcing drivers to work overtime.

LU had said it had resolved all matters raised by the union.
