Harlesden shooting: Rowan Thomas-Williams named as victim

A man who died from a gunshot wound in north-west London has been named.

Rowan Thomas-Williams, 20, died in hospital on Friday from a wound to the chest on Friday.

Police had been called to Elgar Avenue in Harlesden at about 01:30 GMT following reports of shots being fired, but were unable to find anyone.

Officers were later informed by the hospital that a man was being treated for gunshot wounds. Mr Thomas-Williams was pronounced dead at about 09:40.

Police believe the victim was involved in an altercation at an address in Mulberry Court, during which he was shot. Anyone with information is urged to contact them.

Three men and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder and released on bail.
