A third person has been charged in connection with the death of a man at a west London house where an empty grave was found in the garden.

Zbigniew Michniewicz, 36, of Greenford Road, Greenford, was found inside the house on 5 December.

Grzegorz Roznerski, 40, of The Crescent, Slough, has been charged with conspiring to prevent the decent burial of a dead body without lawful excuse.

Two others have been charged with the same offence.

Arkadiusz Majchrazak, 45, of no fixed abode and Piotr Juszczak, 20, of Greenford Road, Greenford, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 9 and 18 December respectively and were remanded in custody.

Det Ch Insp Noel McHugh said the house had been used as a squat.

A post-mortem examination has taken place but police have not revealed the cause of death.

A 20-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl were arrested on suspicion of murder on the day Mr Michniewicz was found and bailed until later in January.
