Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of murdering a vulnerable man who was killed in a street stabbing.

Dean Mayley, 24, who had the mental age of a nine-year-old, was going to visit his uncle in Greenford, west London, when he was attacked on 7 February.

Mr Mayley, from Northolt, west London was taken to hospital where he died later that evening.

Two 17-year-old boys have been arrested and are being held in custody on suspicion of murder.

Mr Mayley suffered from a developmental disorder which led to him having moderate learning difficulties.

It meant he rarely left home alone, except to visit relatives.

A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as a single stab wound to the chest.
