Two more boys charged over Paul Thrower stab death

Two more boys have been charged with the murder of a 46-year-old man in west London.

The teenagers, aged 17 and 16, will appear at Uxbridge Youth Court on Monday.

The younger of the two was initially charged with GBH with intent but this was later changed to murder.

Paul Thrower was killed in Hayes on 20 February. A post-mortem examination found he died from a stab wound to the heart.

Another boy aged 17 has already been charged with his murder and has been remanded in custody.

    Shammi Atwal, 45, died outside Glen & Co Cash and Carry in River Road, on 14 October. Six men were jailed last month convicted of manslaughter and conspiracy to rob.

    Veteran Labour MP Frank Dobson has confirmed will stand down at the general election next year.

    Mr Dobson, who has represented Holborn and St Pancras in London since 1979, said he had "decided to pack in when people are stopping me in the street to say they hope I am not going."
