Missing baby found in Barcelona
A missing baby has been found in Spain after a London council appealed for the public's help in finding her.
Farah Afzal, who is at the centre of proceedings in the Family Division of the High Court, was found in Barcelona with her parents, Harrow Council said.
The judge allowed her to be identified in the hope that the publicity would help find her.
Harrow Council had made an appeal to Spanish football fans through the media to keep "keep their eyes open" for her.
