Jamil Palmer stabbing: Fourth boy charged with murder

A fourth youth has been charged with the murder of an 18-year-old who was stabbed to death in a park in west London.
Jamil Palmer, 18, was found slumped in the road near Evans Grove in Feltham, Hounslow, with a stab wound on 6 May.
A 16-year-old boy who was arrested in Reading will appear in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Monday, a spokesman for the Met Police said.
Two 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old have already been charged with the murder.
None of the accused can be named because of their ages.
