Dagenham man accused of teen's stab murder in Borough

A man has been charged with murder after an 18-year-old was stabbed to death outside a convenience store in south-east London.

David Maxwell was attacked outside Quality Food Store on Pilgrimage Street, Borough, on Friday at 14:30 GMT. He died 45 minutes later.

A post-mortem test gave the cause of death as stab wounds.

Ronnie Atuqiya, 20, of Second Avenue, Dagenham, is due before Bromley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
