Woman jailed for murdering her partner in Tottenham pub flat

A woman who stabbed her partner to death at their home has been jailed for life.

Shenol Ali, 32, was found with multiple stab wounds in the flat above the Bill Nicholson pub in Tottenham in February.

Gyuldzhan Hadzhieva, 38, was found guilty of murder and was given a minimum jail term of 16 years.

A Met Police spokesman said the motive for the murder was unclear but it was thought Mr Ali was planning on leaving Hadzhieva.
