Man, 45, charged with Brixton street murder
A 45-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a man who was stabbed to death in a south-west London street.
Andrew Thompson, from Kennington, was attacked in Atlantic Road in Brixton at 12:50 BST on Friday.
The 30-year-old was taken to a south London hospital but died soon after. A post-mortem examination found he died from a stab wound to the chest.
The man who has been charged with murder will appear at Hendon Magistrates' Court on Monday.
