Biker seriously injured in Stockport crash dies

A motorcyclist who was seriously injured in a collision in Stockport last month has died.

Carl Dolan, 36, of South Reddish, Stockport, was riding a Honda motorcycle when it collided with a Ford Mondeo on Greg Street on 2 September.

He suffered serious injuries and was taken to Stepping Hill Hospital, but his condition deteriorated and he died on Thursday.

Anyone who saw the collision, at about 1710 BST, is urged to contact police.
