A man wanted on suspicion of driving a car into a group of revellers outside a nightclub has handed himself in.

Police had been trying to trace Lee Bradley, 26, since the crash outside Dali Bar in Rochdale, early on 17 October. At least 23 people were hurt.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said a 26-year-old had been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remained in custody awaiting interview.

All those who needed hospital treatment were discharged within a few days.

Another 26-year-old man has been arrested and questioned on suspicion of attempted murder and bailed pending further inquiries.

Police have said it is fortunate that nobody was killed in the incident.
