Bury teenage girl admits razor face attack

A teenager has pleaded guilty to slashing a girl's face with a razor blade in Greater Manchester.

Sabby Mir, 18, was attacked by a 16-year-old girl - who cannot be named because of her age - in an underpass off Haymarket Street, Bury, on 26 May.

The girl, now 17, admitted wounding with intent to commit grievous bodily harm at Bolton Crown Court.

Recorder Michael Redfern QC warned her to expect to be detained when she is sentenced in November.
