Man arrested after Heywood house fire
A man has been arrested following a house fire in Greater Manchester, which left a family trapped.
The fire, at a house in Olive Street, Heywood, broke out in the early hours. Fire crews were called at 02:20 BST.
Neighbours helped to rescue a four-month-old baby and the parents. Firefighters rescued a child, four, from a bedroom and resuscitated him.
The arrested man is being questioned on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
The family was taken to hospital, suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation. All four have since been released.
The police and fire service are carrying out a joint investigation into the blaze.
