Two teenagers have been charged after a pensioner had a concrete slab thrown at him in Manchester on Halloween.

Bernard O'Donnell, 79, suffered an injury to his leg in the incident outside his home in Sandacre Road, Baguley, at 20:40 GMT on 31 October.

An 18-year-old man and 15-year-old boy have both been charged with a public order offence and will appear before magistrates on 17 November.
