Man, 29, stabbed himself to death in Beswick
A 29-year-old man who died from knife wounds in Manchester stabbed himself to death, police have said.
Officers were called to Manchester Royal Infirmary at 09:30 GMT on 9 February after reports a man had died from stab injuries.
A post-mortem examination has found that the wounds he sustained at an address in Wren Way, Beswick, were self inflicted.
A 31-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said the case had now been referred to the coroner.
