Boy seriously injured after Manchester lorry collision
A teenage boy is in a serious condition in hospital after being hit by a lorry in north Manchester.
Police were called to Waterloo Road, Cheetham Hill at 16:30 GMT on Friday. Officers said the 16-year-old had been in a collision with an Iveco lorry.
He was taken to hospital with a head injury. His condition is described as being serious but stable.
Police said inquiries were ongoing and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
