CCTV released of Souvik Pal Souvik Pal was reported missing by his flatmate when he failed to come home from the party

Police have released CCTV footage believed to be of an Indian student who has been missing since New Year's Eve.

Souvik Pal, 19, an undergraduate at Manchester Metropolitan University went missing after leaving Trafford's Warehouse Project.

The search for him has included divers checking the Manchester Ship Canal near where the club night was held.

His father Santanu Pal has travelled to the UK from India after he was told of his son's disappearance.

He was reported missing by a flatmate on the morning of New Year's Day after not returning home from the party.
