A reward of £25,000 is being offered in a bid to find those responsible for killing a rapper in Manchester.

Police said Dale Gordon, also known as Deezy, was involved in a fight with two men in Netherbury Close, Gorton, on 15 November.

CCTV stills were also issued ahead of the 20-year-old's funeral, which took place in Gorton.

Two men aged 24 and 28 have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain on police bail.

Mr Gordon died from head injuries the day after he was attacked.

Detectives believe Mr Gordon was involved in an altercation with two men in their mid to late 20s.

The offenders were seen to leave the scene in a grey or silver hatchback car.

Det Ch Insp Paul Parker said: "We have released CCTV stills of Dale riding his moped along Mount Road minutes before he was murdered.

"There were two cars, a silver S-Class Mk 5 Mercedes ahead of Dale and a silver Mark 1 Toyota Yaris travelling immediately behind him and we are appealing for those drivers to come forward.

"The drivers are not involved in the murder of Dale, however they may have been the last sighting of him before he was killed.

"Dale left his friends earlier on that Saturday evening and said he was going to meet someone, but he did not say where he was going or who he was meeting.

"If you were due to meet Dale that evening or have any information about the people he was due to meet, we need to speak to you."
