Clarence Edwards stabbing: Sixth charge over nightclub death

A sixth man has been charged in connection with the death of a man who was stabbed outside a Manchester nightclub.

Clarence Edwards was found outside the RBase club on Charles Street on 4 January. He died later in hospital.

Dwayne Henry, 34, of Carlton Avenue in Rusholme, has been charged with violent disorder. He is due before Manchester and Salford magistrates on 2 April.

Four other men are facing the same charge in connection with the killing.

They are Junior Richards, 38, of Morley Avenue; Billy Hugh Bowden, 23, of Quinney Crescent; Rumaail Ingram, 28, of Buckland Avenue; and Jermaine Bonsu, 23, of Quinney Crescent.

Earl Atta Rooms, 26, of Roberts Avenue, has been charged with murder.
