Moss Side stabbing: Seventh arrest in Abdul Hafidah murder probe
A seventh teenager has been arrested in connection with the death of an 18-year-old man who was hit by a car and then stabbed in Manchester.
Abdul Hafidah, 18, died in hospital from a stab wound to the neck after the attack in Moss Side on 12 May.
Police believe he had been chased by a group of men near Greenheys Lane before being struck by a blue Vauxhall Corsa on Moss Lane East.
Police said a man, 19, from Moss Side is being held on suspicion of murder.
Five other teenagers, three aged 19, one 17-year-old and a 14-year-old, have previously been arrested on suspicion of murder.
A 17-year-old has also been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
All six have been released on bail.
