Motorcyclist dies in three-car crash in South Reddish

A motorcyclist has died following a collision involving three cars in Stockport.

The crash happened at the junction of Reddish Road and Broughton Road in South Reddish at 21:00 BST on Friday.

The 20-year-old was riding a Suzuki motorbike when it was in collision with a red Citroen C3, a black Audi SQ5 and a white Renault van.

The rider of the motorcycle, who has not been named but was from Bollington, was taken to hospital where he died.

The drivers of the other cars involved were uninjured.
