Man charged with murder after Liverpool house shooting
A man has been charged with the murder of a 25-year-old who was shot during a robbery in Liverpool.
Asif Bashir, from Allerton, was shot in the legs at a house in Edinburgh Road, Kensington, on 6 August.
Mr Bashir was taken to hospital and later discharged. He was then taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary, where he died.
Michael Fagbuaro, 21, of Grove Way in Kensington, is due to appear before magistrates later, charged with murder.
He also faces charges of possession of a firearm and ammunition, robbery and wounding with intent.
A 20-year-old man, from Toxteth, who was arrested on suspicion of murder remains on police bail.
A woman, 25, from Kensington, who was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder also remains on police bail.
