A man and a woman have been found dead at a house in Liverpool.

Police found the bodies when they were called to the house in Banbury Avenue, Halewood, by a member of the public at about 1140 GMT.

The woman is believed to be in her 50s and the man in his 20s, but neither have yet been formally identified.
