Everton's Magaye Gueye left 'shaken' by theft
Everton footballer Magaye Gueye was described as "shaken" after thieves forced their way into his home.
The 21-year-old French winger was threatened at about 01:30 BST on Sunday as he went to his car outside his apartment in Sefton Park, Liverpool.
Merseyside police said Mr Gueye was approached by three men who forced him to let them into his flat.
The robbers, described as black and in their late 20s, stole cash, his mobile phone and other items.
Everton Football club said he was "shaken but unhurt" and that the player was helping police with their inquiries.
