Liverpool 'hit-and-run' death: Tribute to Ryan Kennedy

The family of a man allegedly murdered in a suspected hit-and-run crash in Liverpool have paid tribute to him.

Ryan Kennedy, 25, died in hospital after being injured at Gable View, Norris Green, Liverpool, on 1 November.

A family statement said: "This loss has turned our world upside down. He will be missed every day and our lives will never be the same again."

Michael Haigh, 25 of Buttermere Crescent in Rainford, was charged with his murder on Monday.

The family added it was "struggling to come to terms with the tragic loss of our beautiful son Ryan, loving brother of Peter, devoted partner of Nicola, father of his two beautiful children and adored grandson and nephew".
