Jamie Starkey: Police appeal for help on second anniversary of fatal shooting
Police investigating the fatal shooting of a Liverpool man have appealed for information on the second anniversary of his death.
Jamie Starkey, 21, was shot several times as he left his house in Higher Lane, Fazakerley, on 2 December 2012.
Five men have been arrested and questioned as part of the investigation and the weapon has been recovered.
Det Ch Insp Alyson O'Donnell asked people to "search their consciences and find the courage to come forward".
She added: "Two years on, people may have moved from the area or may be in a different situation from then and now feel in a position to talk to the police.
"If this is you, I would urge you to come forward."
