Two men have admitted conspiracy to supply drugs with an estimated street value of £16m in Liverpool.

The 160kg (352lb) haul of cocaine, heroin and cannabis was found in a house, van and flat in the city in May.

The North West's organised anti-crime unit, Titan, said the seizure may have been the largest in its history.

Stephen Hussey, 32, and Stephen Brown, 31, admitted conspiracy to supply cannabis, heroin and cocaine at Liverpool Crown Court.

Hussey, of Gentwood Road, Huyton, and Brown, of Abbey Close, Kirkby, were remanded in custody to be sentenced at a hearing scheduled for 1 August.
