Armed police called to Norwich house after gun sighting

Armed police and negotiators have been called to an address in Norwich following reports of a man with a gun.

They were called to Badger Road in Costessey at about 0900 BST and an area around the house has been cordoned off.

Norfolk Police said two men and one woman are believed to be inside the house.

Two builders working next door said they were approached by a man with a gun who then went inside the house.

Reporting from the scene, BBC Radio Norfolk reporter Nikki Fox said at least 12 officers and dog handlers had been called in.
