Scheme for 100 new homes and hotel in King's Lynn

A multi-million pound scheme for more than 100 new homes and a hotel on the site of a timber yard in King's Lynn in Norfolk have been put forward.

Walker Commercial Properties have put forward the plans for the Pattrick and Thompson yard site on Page Stair Lane.

The proposals will include 93 flats for private sale, 19 flats for social rented accommodation and six town houses.

It also includes offices, a cafe/bar and four-storey 60-bed hotel.

The proposals, which have been submitted to King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council, have the potential to create 150 new jobs, says the application.
