Teenage girl remanded over Great Yarmouth murder

A teenage girl has been remanded into custody after appearing in court charged with the murder of a man in Great Yarmouth last weekend.

Shane Boulton, 21, died in hospital after being found with stab wounds by police in Stanley Terrace, on 19 June.

Police charged a 17-year-old girl with murder and she appeared before a judge at Cambridge Crown Court on Friday.

The teenager who cannot be named for legal reasons is due before Great Yarmouth Youth Court next Thursday.

A 29-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, arrested in connection with the incident, have been released on police bail.
