Winter-damaged road repairs begin in Norwich

Work to resurface a major road damaged by winter weather in Norwich is to begin on Sunday and last for six days.

Work will begin on Mousehold Avenue, at the Gurney Road junction, which will be closed to all traffic until Monday morning.

Gurney Road will remain closed for the remainder of the week, between Ketts Hill and Mousehold Avenue, with diversions in place.

Vehicle access for residents and businesses will be maintained.

The work is expected to cost about £170,000.
