Police appeal after knife-point robbery at bookmakers

Police have released a picture of a man they want to speak to in connection with a knife-point robbery at a bookmakers in Norfolk.

A man held a knife towards staff at Betfred in Hall Road, Norwich and demanded cash on Wednesday evening.

The man fled the scene with cash from the till and the safe, heading along Trafalgar Street, police say.

Norfolk Constabulary want to speak to 29-year-old Mark Barton from the Norwich area about the offence.

Mr Barton also has links to Leeds.

People should not approach Mr Barton but contact the police immediately if they know where he is.
