North Creake rave shut by Norfolk Police

Six police officers were injured as they shut down an illegal rave in a field in Norfolk.

Bricks and bottles were thrown as officers broke up the event in North Creake shortly after 01:10 BST, police said.

Five men were arrested in connection with the incident and are in custody at King's Lynn police station.

More than 100 people were said to be at the event.

The six officers received minor injuries.

Sound equipment was also seized from the rave in an area of Wells Road.
