The death of a man found collapsed at his Norfolk home is no longer being treated as murder by police.

Malcolm Pratt, 51, was found at his home in Exeter Road, Gorleston, on 15 July and died 11 days later in Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge.

Two men, aged 30 and 33, and a 31-year-old woman, all from Great Yarmouth, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

Police said they will face "no further action" and bail has been cancelled.

The force said its major investigation team reviewed pathology reports and consulted the Crown Prosecution Service during a four-month investigation and the "evidence was not sufficient to take the inquiry further".

A file is being prepared for the coroner for inquest.
