A peer killed in an air crash in Norfolk had raised concerns about a helicopter he owned, the BBC has learned.

Lord Ballyedmond, from Northern Ireland, was one of four people who died when the helicopter came down in a field in Norfolk on Thursday.

The Augusta Westland AW139 crashed near the 70-year-old's stately home in Gillingham, near Beccles.
