Three people dead in road crash at East Winch

Three people have been killed in a crash between a lorry and a car on the A47 in Norfolk.

The victims, who were all in the car, died at the scene near the Carpenter's Arms pub at East Winch, near King's Lynn.

The lorry driver suffered minor injuries in the crash, which happened at about 11:15 GMT on Wednesday.

About 15 miles (24km) of the A47 was shut, between King's Lynn and Swaffham, but reopened at 19:30.
