Loddon road crash: Woman confirmed dead in multi-vehicle accident

A woman died in a crash on the A146 in Norfolk, police have confirmed.

Three vehicles collided near High Bungay Road, Loddon, on Thursday afternoon, closing the road for about seven hours.

A woman in her 60s from the Norwich area, who was a passenger in one of the cars, died at the scene.

A man and a woman suffered serious injuries in the accident, and two women were left with minor injuries. Police are appealing for witnesses.
