Wedding marmalade from Northamptonshire toasts success

A royal wedding marmalade created by a small firm in Northamptonshire has been sold to national stores Harvey Nichols and Waitrose.

The celebratory conserve was put together by Pickled Village in Bulwick.

Inspired by Kir Royale cocktails, it contains lemon, champagne and creme de cassis.

Top chef Anton Mossiman was preparing the actual wedding breakfast at Buckingham Palace although the menu was a secret until it had been served.
