Corby street lights: MP Louise Bagshaw meets residents
The MP for Corby is meeting residents in the Northamptonshire town to discuss concerns over street lighting.
More than half of Northamptonshire's 66,000 street lights have been turned off as part of the £73m savings package in the county council's budget.
Conservative MP Louise Bagshaw is meeting campaigners on Wednesday who have raised concerns about safety and set up an online protest.
She will also meet county council and Corby Borough Council members.
More than 1,000 people have formed a Facebook group and hundreds took part in a protest against the switch off on 20 May.
