Man arrested over cannabis 'factory' in Daventry
A man has been arrested after the discovery of cannabis plants, believed to constitute a factory, at a house in Northamptonshire.
Cannabis plants, at various stages of cultivation, are being removed from the converted house in Danetre Drive, Daventry, police said.
A man, 36, is being held at Weston Favell police station in Northampton.
Concerns had been raised about unusual smells and abnormal electrical activity at the house.
Police are keen to gather information about a black car - possibly a medium-sized Audi - which is reported to have visited the property on several occasions.
