'Spewing' cement mixer damages cars in Northampton

Police want to trace the driver of a churning concrete mixer which damaged cars as it went along a road, shooting out lumps of wet cement and stones.

The lorry spilled out some of its load on Mill Lane in Northampton at about 15:30 BST on Tuesday.

A Northamptonshire Police spokeswoman said a "number of vehicles have been reported as being damaged".

Police attended the scene and officers will examine CCTV footage from the area.
