Explosion risk forces Bulwell factory unit exclusion
An exclusion zone has been put in place at a Nottinghamshire industrial unit amid fears of a gas cylinder explosion following a fire.
Dozens of firefighters were called to a factory unit in Blenheim Industrial Estate, in Bulwell, at about 2100 GMT on Wednesday.
A 200m exclusion was put in place after acetylene cylinders were discovered.
Fire officials said it could take more than 24 hours for the cylinders to cool down.
Members of staff were evacuated from the premises but no-one was injured.
