Police arrest second man after Nottingham street brawl
A second man has been arrested following a disturbance in Nottingham in which a police officer was injured.
Officers were called to Castle Gate, in the city centre, following reports of a fight between a group of youths at about 1500 GMT on Wednesday.
A 19-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday night in connection with the disturbance.
A man, 18, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of carrying an offensive weapon and affray.
During the arrest an officer sustained minor injuries which required hospital treatment, police said.
Both men remain in police custody where they are being questioned.
